Our Story

I’m Jeremy Glasbrenner—former college athlete turned executive recruiter who cut his teeth filling CFO chairs the old-school way: marathon LinkedIn searches, midnight InMails, and color-coded spreadsheets.

In 2024 I asked a simple question: “What if an AI agent could handle the first 70 % of that grind?”

Six months of prompt-engineering, prototypes, and several very forgiving beta clients later, JG Search Group relaunched as an AI-native search firm. Today our multi-agent stack—delivers finalist slates in under five days.

But tech is only half the story. The other half is people: coaching hiring teams, championing candidate experience, and making sure every offer letter feels like a win-win.
